Contact and account information you provide when you inquire about or sign up for our services, such as your name, business name, email address, mailing address, and phone number.
Communications preferences, including whether you have opted in to receive text messages from us.
Service information related to the work we perform for your business, such as websites, business listings, and social media accounts you authorize us to manage.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you are a Feedback Footprint client and you have expressly consented to receive text messages from us, we may send you SMS messages about your account, such as service updates, requests for your feedback on our services, and customer care messages. Consent is collected directly from you during onboarding — in your service agreement or intake form — and is never a condition of purchasing our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can get assistance by replying HELP or contacting us at hello@feedbackfootprint.com. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

With service providers who help us operate our business (such as hosting, email, and messaging platforms), solely so they can perform services for us.
When required by law or to protect our legal rights.
With your direction or consent.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for any purpose, including marketing or promotional purposes.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

Your choices

Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time.
Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contact us.

Children's privacy

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
