Feedback Footprint provides digital marketing services to home service businesses, including local search engine optimization, website design and management, and social media posting. The specific services we provide to each client are described in that client's service agreement.

SMS / Text messaging terms

Feedback Footprint offers an account-notification text messaging program for its clients ("the Program"). By opting in, you agree to the following terms:

• Program description: Clients who opt in receive text messages from Feedback Footprint about their account, including service updates, requests for feedback on our services, and customer care messages.
• Opt-in: You will only receive messages if you have expressly consented — by checking the SMS consent box on our client intake form or by agreeing in your service agreement. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
• Opt-out: You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, opt in again through our intake form or your account manager.
• Help: Text HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@feedbackfootprint.com.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Client responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, to maintain authorization for the business profiles and accounts we manage on their behalf, and to use our services only for lawful purposes.

The content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to Feedback Footprint LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is." While we work hard to improve our clients' online presence, search rankings and engagement depend on third-party platforms we do not control, and we cannot guarantee specific results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feedback Footprint LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
