Feedback Footprint LLC client text-message notifications

Feedback Footprint LLC sends text messages (SMS) only to its own clients who have expressly opted in. We use these messages for customer care: account and service updates, and occasional requests for your feedback on the services we provide to you. We do not send text messages to anyone who has not opted in, and consent is never a condition of purchasing our services.

How clients opt in

During onboarding, every new Feedback Footprint client completes a client intake form (or service agreement). That form asks for the client's mobile number and presents the following consent language with a checkbox that is unchecked by default:

Clients who leave the box unchecked still receive full service — they simply won't get text messages from us.

Program terms at a glance

• Who gets messages: only Feedback Footprint clients who checked the consent box above.
• What we send: account notifications, service updates, and feedback requests about our services.
• Message frequency: varies with your account activity.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You'll get one final confirmation text and nothing further.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or email hello@feedbackfootprint.com.
• Privacy: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
